Ingredients
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
1 cup baby spinach or kale leaves
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs soaked chia seeds (optional)
3/4 cup crushed ice
Directions

1. Place blueberries, pomegranate juice, spinach, yogurt and honey in a blender. Add chia seeds (if desired), plus ice and 1/2 cup cold water. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
